Dennis has been training athletes for over 15 years.  Born and raised in Lithonia, Georgia, he played his collegiate ball at Kennesaw State University.  Dennis has worked in the personal training circuit for over 15 years.  He currently specializes in speed and agility training and Impulse Performance Training.  He currently is the assistant coach on the 16u baseball showcase team.
